On Call Sessions Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in Org.Works On Call sessions (“Session,” “On Call Session,” or “Service”) provided by Org.Works LLC (“Org.Works,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing or booking an On Call Session, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of the Service

Org.Works On Call sessions are one-time or limited-session advisory discussions designed to provide strategic insight, guidance, and expert perspective on organizational design, leadership alignment, or related topics.

Each session is intended for general advisory purposes and does not constitute a formal consulting engagement, legal advice, or ongoing project relationship.

2. Booking and Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with session and scheduling details.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
• Org.Works does not store your payment information; all transactions are processed securely through our payment partner.

3. Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability using Org.Works’ online booking system.
• Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and any pre-session instructions.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your session with no penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling requests must be made via email to [email protected].
• Reschedules requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a $250 rebooking fee.
• Sessions not attended (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the rare event that Org.Works must reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of a new session time or a full refund. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule promptly.

5. Refund Policy

Org.Works understands that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your session prior to scheduling, you may request a full refund of your payment.

If you have already scheduled your session and wish to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.

Org.Works is confident you will find value in the expertise and guidance provided. However, client satisfaction matters deeply. If you have concerns about the service you received, please contact [email protected] to discuss how we can make it right.

6. Session Conduct and Preparation

To maximize value, please join the session on time and ensure you are in a quiet, professional environment.
You may provide optional background materials in advance; these will be treated confidentially (see Section 7).

7. Confidentiality

Org.Works will treat all information you share during the session as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.

Sessions may be audio or video recorded solely for the purpose of ensuring accuracy in the post-session summary and maintaining service quality. These recordings will be securely stored, accessible only to Org.Works, and permanently deleted after the final summary is delivered.

You agree that recordings or summaries of the session may not be distributed, shared, or published without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, materials, or concepts discussed or shared during the session are the intellectual property of Org.Works LLC.

You may use insights and recommendations internally but may not reproduce or distribute materials for external or commercial use without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Org.Works’ total liability for any claim arising from or related to a session will not exceed the amount paid for that session.

Org.Works is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of advice provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
